A cultural phenomenon
Hamilton: An American Musical has earned a Pulitzer Prize for Drama and multiple Tony Awards, plays to sold-out houses, and experiences unprecedented media coverage. We explore the musical from a variety of perspectives. Why is the show described as a game changer? How is history translated into a stage production? How does the production reflect and comment on current political issues? Discuss this, and much more, in an interdisciplinary exploration of a cultural phenomenon.
