Policies
Cancellation policy
All registration cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing and submitted to ashley.kuehl@wisc.edu. A refund of the conference fee, minus a $50 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received between June 1–August 14, 2022. No refunds or credits will be granted for cancellations after August 14, 2022. Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may send a substitute from the same organization. Refunds will not be given for no-shows.
COVID-19 policy
The 2022 Great Lakes Motivational Interviewing Conference organizers are committed to following the COVID-19 protocols and guidelines established by the University of Wisconsin–Madison. For up-to-date information on COVID-19 campus protocols please review the university’s COVID-19 Response.
Conference attendees are encouraged to test for COVID-19 symptoms prior to attending the in-person conference. In the event that an attendee becomes ill, the conference committee respectfully requests the attendee not attend any remaining sessions. Continuing education hours will be granted for all sessions attendees completed. Any sessions not attended due to illness will be fully refunded.
Conference privacy policy
Attendees of the 2022 Great Lakes Motivational Interviewing Conference grant UW–Madison consent to any photograph, image, presentation or portions quoted or derived from the presentations.
