This seminar will provide a review of topics related to clinical supervision in the provision of mental health care. We will address the legal and ethical foundations for clinical supervision, what competency in supervision is, how to set expectations in supervision, ways to enhance the supervisory relationship including ways to manage strains and ruptures, and ways to address diversity, equity and inclusion in supervision.
