Living well, today and tomorrow
Learn how to become more focused, cope with chronic pain, and manage your mood and stress. UW-Madison’s Living Well courses offer practical insights for living in the moment while planning for the future and finding the balance you need to live a healthy and happy life. We offer 16 classes in mindfulness, creativity, and – back by popular demand – Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. All classes are affordably priced, convenient, and taught by qualified instructors in welcoming, supportive environments.
