ACTP and ACSTH Coach Training Program Comparison

What are the differences between the Professional Life Coaching Certificate (PLCC) and Workplace Coach Certificate (WCC) programs?

Our PLCC program is an “all inclusive” International Coach Federation (ICF) Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP) that provides the required student contact hours, mentor coaching, and performance evaluation process. Graduates can apply for an individual ICF credential via the ACTP credential application path. They do not need to submit recordings of their coaching clients, documentation of classes attended, or verification of supervision and mentoring hours. ICF credentialed coaches partner with clients in a variety of settings to maximize personal and professional potential.

Our WCC program emphasizes the application of coaching for supervisors, managers, leaders, and others to develop individuals and organizations to work more effectively. The accelerated WCC is intended for individuals seeking to apply coaching principles within their organization, to foster greater performance, higher quality communication and cooperation, and aid individuals to achieve their potential. If desired, individuals may apply for ICF credential using the “portfolio pathway”.
