Coaching Skills Sharpener Series/Group Mentoring

This series is designed to give learners practice and feedback on their coaching skills. Guided by an experienced and certified ICF Mentor Coach, participants work in groups of less than ten to practice skills required at the ICF’s PCC level. Participants earn 8 Continuing Coach Education (CCE) units upon completion.

This 38-hour belnded course (in-person on UW-Madison campus, live Zoom sessions, anytime Canvas course site) with instructor Laura Saunders, is for participants want to learn/relearn knowlege and skills to reach Motivational Interviewing proficiency.
