Summary

This course equips you with the tools to grow as a leader and unlock the potential of your team through engaging instruction and a variety of interactive activities. We'll use Gallup's CliftonStrengths 34 assessment, a science-backed tool, to identify and analyze your strengths and examine how they influence your work. Utilizing the strengths profile of your learning cohort, we'll examine the interplay of team strengths and how we can optimize task allocation, foster collaboration, and make data-driven decisions. This program goes beyond self-discovery, providing leaders with the strategic awareness to leverage the unique strengths of each team member. Walk away with actionable strategies to lead with authenticity, confidence and a deep understanding of how to maximize the talents of your diverse team.
