As a result of attending this workshop, leaders will be able to:
- Define the concepts of psychological health and safety as identified in global standards
- Recognize how effectively your team manages the 3 pillars of psychological health and safety
- Identify costs and risks to the team and how psychological health and safety can support future performance
- Apply the hierarchy of controls to identify interventions that would decrease the risk of burnout for the team
