Which coaching program is right for you?

At a Glance


The 9-month Professional Life Coaching Certificate (PLCC) provides “all inclusive” coaching training for individuals seeking International Coach Federation (ICF) credentials. The PLCC includes the ICF required student contact hours, mentor coaching, and a performance evaluation process provided by multiple ICF-certified coaches.


The 3-month Workplace Coaching Certificate (WCC) provides practical training on the 11 core coaching competencies specified by the ICF. The WCC emphasizes the application of coaching for supervisors, managers, leaders, and others to develop individuals and organizations to work more effectively. The WCC provides a pathway to ICF certification.
