Having a Voice, an educational, simulation exercise ideal for grades 9-12+, details the structure and function of municipal government in an interactive team approach. Ideal for interim sessions, it includes 5 1-hour progressive lessons. Address current issues in your community and engage in decision making for a better tomorrow. Developed by Wisconsin leaders for future leaders, it is free to all educators.
