Continuing Education Courses for Health Educators at University of Wisconsin–Madison Continuing Studies

UW–Madison Continuing Studies provides high-quality, noncredit continuing education courses and certificates on aging, mediation, human services, mental health and other behavioral health topics.

In our programs, you will:

  • Develop your skills to lead in the field of health education
  • Receive current, evidence-based information on a range of behavioral health topics
  • Maintain your certification from the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing, Inc.
  • Earn continuing education hours from UW–Madison Continuing Studies

Many of our courses fulfill requirements for Certified Health Education Specialists (CHES®), Master Certified Health Education Specialists (MCHES®), and other health educators. Continuing studies (MEP101794) is a designated provider of continuing education contact hours (CECH) in health education by the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing, Inc.
