UW-Madison Coach Training Options

The 10-month UW Certified Professional Coach Certificate program (formerly PLCC) provides “all inclusive” coaching training for individuals seeking International Coach Federation (ICF) credentials. The UWCPC prepares students to be ICF certified as a Professional Coach, which includes providing ICF required classroom/coursework hours, mentor coaching, and a performance evaluation process provided by multiple ICF-certified coaches.

The Performance Coaching Skills for Managers certificate is a practical, application-focused series that enables supervisors, managers, and leaders to adopt a coaching style of work performance feedback. In two modules of two days each, participants will learn and practice how to preserve relationships while motivating change.
