Visitor Parking at 21 N. Park Street

Enter from either the Park St. or East Campus Mall entrance.  Pull up and push the button to receive your entry ticket.  Park your car on levels 2, 3 or 4.  When leaving, take your ticket to the appropriate payment station located in the area between the elevators and the parking ramp or inside the ramp.

Insert your entry ticket in the appropriate slot.  View your charges on the screen.  Pay with cash or credit card.  If you pay by credit card and need a receipt, push the receipt button as soon as the screen says “authorization in progress”.  If you wait until the transaction is complete, it shuts down and you won’t be able to get a receipt.

Cash payment stations are located on levels 1 & 3 (Park St. side) and credit card payment stations are on Levels 2 & 4 (East Campus Mall side).  Both exits have a credit card pay station.  You have a ten minute grace period from when your payment transaction is finished to exit the building.  If you have any difficulty, there is an intercom button (black box) at the exit sites.  Push it and you will be able to speak with a person who can help you solve your issue or open the gate for you.
