Custom Leadership & Management Training

Skills training at your workplace or on campus

We provide customized programs that develop the skills of your leaders and managers. A program delivered just for your team can be a great value—lower in cost per person than sending them to programs individually, and tailored to your specific needs.

On-site

Let us come to you! Whether you’re in Wisconsin or nearby, we can bring most of our programs to you.

On campus

UW-Madison is at the center of a vibrant mid-sized city surrounded by lakes and filled with many options for dining, shopping, and tourism. We have a variety of on-campus venues to serve you.

Programs can be customized to meet your training needs. We begin with an assessment to understand your goals. Depending on your needs, we may design a completely new program or modify an existing one.

Special Retreats

In addition to our regular programs, we can create special Team Building and/or Strategic Planning Retreats for your group.
