How it works

Returning adult students face unique challenges. Badger Ready addresses these challenges with progressive programming. We can help you balance competing responsibilities, navigate the university and leverage support systems.

As you move through the program, you’ll work closely with a supportive Badger Ready advisor to meet specific criteria, including the completion of at least 12 UW–Madison academic credits with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 (grade of “B”) or better. Once you’ve successfully achieved these criteria, you’ll be eligible to apply as a UW–Madison transfer student and finish your degree.
