This course provides a hands-on exploration of key practices that ensure projects run smoothly and achieve meaningful results, whether you're stepping into project management for the first time or working on projects as part of your role.

With practical tools and strategies, you will learn to manage resources efficiently, foster high-performing teams, and develop risk management plans that keep projects on track. By the end of the course, you will feel equipped to lead or contribute to projects confidently, delivering outcomes that meet goals, stay within budget and create value. This course also counts toward the Project Management Certificate.

Course Structure

Live: One full day followed by two half-day sessions of live instruction on Zoom. This course is highly interactive, and participation requires a camera.
