Summary
In this comprehensive course, you will build change management skills to elevate your strategic approach to project management. While traditional project management focuses on ensuring a project is delivered on time and within scope and budget, it often overlooks the crucial aspect of managing the human side of change. This transformative class bridges the gap between project management and change management, equipping you with the tools and expertise to support the success of any project. This course also counts toward our Project Management Certificate.

- Describe the relationship between project management and change management.
- Create tools and approaches to help you establish and clearly communicate the project scope and clarify its impact on stakeholders.
- Review strategies to manage resistance and support project success.
Course Structure
- Group Paced: Approximately 1.5 hours of self-paced learning and 4.5 hours of highly interactive live class time over three weeks. A camera is required for participation.

Course structure
This program integrates self-paced exercises on Canvas with three live Zoom sessions over three weeks. It includes 4.5 hours of live class time and 1.5 hours of asynchronous work divided into three modules.
Each module should be completed before the corresponding live session: Module 1 before Class 1, Module 2 before Class 2 and Module 3 before Class 3. Access to the asynchronous content on Canvas begins two weeks before the first live session.
