Summary

New Course!  This course offers a practical roadmap for developing human-centered leadership, a style that prioritizes empathy, inclusion, employee fulfillment, and human well-being. Participants will learn core principles of human-centered leadership and master powerful techniques designed to build stronger relationships, foster deeper understanding of diverse perspectives, and navigate complex organizational challenges.

Through interactive exercises, case studies, and group discussions, you will gain practical skills to create a more inclusive and supportive work environment, leading to increased team performance and organizational success. This course is designed for managers and leaders who want to create a thriving workplace where every individual can reach their full potential.

Meet your instructor

Amy Deming

Amy Deming enjoys working with others to tackle big questions and uncover opportunities. She currently serves as an Organizational Development Specialist at Madison Metropolitan Sewerage District. Most of her career has been in public service. This included building leadership development programs for the City of Madison and community outreach at Madison Water Utility. She holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Arizona State University.

Amy lives in Madison, Wisconsin and is a foodie, fiction reader, and outdoor enthusiast.
