Tuesday Morning Booktalks: A benefit for Odyssey resuming Fall 2023

For two years during the pandemic, 2020-2022, Emily Auerbach and other booklovers discussed books together online on Tuesday mornings. Rather than charging a fee as she did when the class was held for the past four decades at the Madison Public Library, Emily switched during the pandemic to holding the classes via Zoom and asking participants to make a donation to Odyssey in lieu of any class fee. Generous donations from members of Booktalks have helped to empower Odyssey families to break a cycle of generational poverty. Classes for Tuesday Morning Booktalks will not occur this winter/spring 2023 but will (we hope!) resume Fall 2023 in person.
