Trauma is a very personal and sensitive experience. Leaders and managers may be hesitant to address the possibility that trauma may be a factor in work performance issues. Join us for a brief overview of the legal aspects of this emerging area where we will:

  • Learn how to follow employment laws when responding to trauma in the workplace
  • Understand how to be compassionate while adhering to employment laws
  • Recognize the purpose of relevant employment laws covering privacy and mental health accommodations

This no-cost webinar will introduce the overall topic of Trauma Informed Leadership which will be explored in more depth in a two-day class on June 7–8, 2023. Visit the Trauma Informed Leadership class webpage for the class description, learning objectives and registration details.
