Summary
This workshop, updated for Spring of 2024, is designed to be a sanctuary for anyone who is on the front lines providing mental health care. Join us for a morning of exploring self-compassion practices that nourish wellbeing and promote emotional resilience. We will identify and experiment with evidence-based practices to nurture the healer within. Please be prepared to engage in a variety of meditation practices throughout this workshop. You will also have opportunities to connect with colleagues and for personal reflection. No prior experience is required.

At the end this workshop, participants will be able to:
1. Identify key aspects of the Mindful Self-Compassion model that make it an antidote to burnout
2. Engage in evidence-based mindful self-compassion practices that cultivate self -awareness and resilience
3. Explore ways to integrate key concepts and micro-practices into your daily life
