Learn about ethical communication during conflict to strengthen your ability to address a range of issues when working with diverse client/patient needs. Through the use of case studies, engage in discussion and explore the ethical concerns of power imbalance without advocacy, setting boundaries of engagement without connection and examine your personal ethical communication standard in a professional setting. This class will help you refocus on your communication skills especially if there are conflicts in the client/patient setting.
