This class is offered as a live online session using the Zoom platform.
On a given workday, a sizeable degree of our communication with colleagues and clients occurs through writing. Therefore, the ability to convey written information clearly and concisely is crucial in today's work environment. This course teaches strategies and techniques you can apply in a variety of contexts to produce high-quality written materials. Learn how word choice and structure can both inform and engage your intended audience and how your written communication skills can impact your professional credibility and influence.
Learners will engage in hands-on real-time application of their learning throughout this live online course.

Learning Objectives
By the end of this class you will be able to:
- Apply strategies and techniques for producing clear, concise and effective workplace writing.
- Apply the writing process of researching, structuring, outlining, and polishing to create documents that are structured appropriately for various contexts.
- Develop your grammar and proofreading skills.
- Leverage A.I. to supplement your writing process.
- Apply ethics to workplace writing situations, including avoiding plagiarism or copyright violation, and using AI assistance in your writing process.
