What Attendees Are Saying
"I highly recommend this workshop if you want to respond to conflict in ways that increase trust and communication." Delaine Moe
"The Art of Conflict Transformation training is challenging, fun, and relevant to a variety of circumstances. The training raised our expectations of how we approach conflicts in the workplace." Kim Turner
The course was not my first choice. I was not interested in The Art of Conflict Transformation, it might be a bias due to my culture, gender, or mindset. Now that I finished it, I LOVE IT! It helped me understand much about myself and how I always approached conflict. It reached me how when you are centered, you can find ways to navigate through the conflict and find an acceptable outcome. The instructors, Kathy and Aaric, were fantastic. They explain step by step the program in a timely manner. I would highly recommend the course to anyone! Gustavo Cruz, UW-Madison
"The Art of Conflict Transformation" was a great class experience. The content was applicable and the instructors were amicable professionals. Conflict can be present in our personal and professional lives, albeit uncomfortable at times, [but] it's necessary to go and grow through.
