Flourish

Growth at every age and stage

From children exploring STEM in precollege programs and Summer Term students taking courses to graduate on time to mid-career adults earning online degrees and seniors studying the humanities, we offer opportunities for all to thrive.

We also help UW–Madison staff flourish. We provide training and skill-building for employees across campus. We support the well-being of our DCS staff with regular pulse surveys, various cross-functional committees and community-building activities. DCS strives for a positive workplace culture where everyone can grow from where they are.

OUR LEARNERS FLOURISH

From the learners

Summer Music Clinic allowed me to experience the culture, work with faculty and staff and get comfortable with the campus before the chaos of auditioning for the marching band and my freshman year. There’s no doubt that it was a good decision to attend Summer Music Clinic.
