Meet your instructors

Darcy Luoma (MS in organization development, Graziadio School of Business & Management, Pepperdine; CPCC, MCC, ORSCC)
Lead Instructor
Darcy is an organization development specialist and leadership coach and the owner of Darcy Luoma Coaching & Consulting, LLC. She has worked in the coaching and consulting field for more than 15 years. Ms. Luoma is a dynamic facilitator and engaging public speaker whose optimistic attitude and intuitive style have helped hundreds of clients achieve remarkable results, including greater work/life balance, a clearer vision, and enhanced leadership skills. Sharon Barbour (MPH, PCC)
Assistant Instructor and Supervisor
Sharon Barbour brings ten years of coaching experience to her clients, as well as expertise in habit change, mindfulness, and leadership development. She delights in facilitating life-changing shifts in perspectives, presence, and actions that inspire clients to make fulfilling changes and creations. Her habit change expertise ensures that changes last. Sharon’s warm and creative spirit, coupled with a fluid yet rigorous coaching style, helps her clients to make breakthroughs and move past old roadblocks to positive change. A life-long learner and observer of human nature, she is inspired by human potential and inner wisdom. She certified at the PCC level through the International Coach Federation and holds a faculty position at Presence-Based Coaching & Leadership Development. Prior to coaching, Sharon earned a Master’s degree in Public Health and worked with nonprofits, cooperatives, and educational institutions, primarily in program development, evaluation, and management. She loves family time and being outside — kayaking, gardening, and simply enjoying.

Diane Hamilton (PCC, SPHR)

Diane Hamilton is the owner and founder of Calibra, a coaching and consulting firm focused on maximizing leadership potential. Diane’s passion is to build better workplaces and improve work lives. She enjoys working with executives and high potentials—helping them achieve their personal best. She brings 25 years of practical leadership, management, and business experience to her coaching, training and consulting.
Diane helps clients leverage their strengths, maximize their potential, and achieve individual and organizational objectives. She helps companies identify and develop their leadership talent, increase effectiveness of leadership teams, and assess culture and navigate organizational change. Diane also works with Calibra’s proprietary 360 feedback tool which she helped design and develop.

Diane has consulted, trained, or coached leaders in a variety of organizations, large and small, including: Alliant Energy, Capital One, Citrix, Cypress Semiconductors, Henry Ford Health Systems, Publix Supermarkets, QBE the Americas, Schneider National, and Toyota.

Diane holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration. She is adjunct faculty for the Wisconsin School of Business, Fluno Center for Executive Education and is the author of The Talent Management Toolkit: A Resource for Small to Mid-Size Organizations. Diane has served in various volunteer positions and on boards or committees of professional and community organizations. Dennis Johnson (MBA, CGT, CPCC, PCC)

Dennis brings more than twenty years of experience in the corporate, nonprofit, and philanthropic sectors to his coaching and consulting work. He has strong skills in organizational development, planning, and facilitation with in-depth experience in engagement, governance, leadership development, individual and organizational learning, project management, strategy, and strengths based talent systems.

Dennis is founder and managing partner of Sort Sol Group, LLC. He is also a principal of Leadership Architecture & Design, LLC, an executive coach for the Ken Blanchard Companies, and an adjunct faculty instructor at the University of Wisconsin School of Business.

Dennis is a certified governance trainer with BoardSource, a certified administrator in The Leadership Circle Assessments, and a certified facilitator in TCC Group’s Core Capacity Assessment Tool. He is a professional coach trained through the Coaches Training Institute and the Center for Right Relationships and credentialed by the International Coaching Federation. Dennis uses these skills with a wide variety of individuals and organizations to guide their paths to excellence.

Dennis is a member of Association for Talent Development Madison Area Chapter, BoardSource, Consulting for Organizational Reflection and Effectiveness, the International Coaching Federation, and Sustain Dane. He holds his Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska’s Gallup Leadership Institute and received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin.

George has worked with and made a difference in well-known companies such as Shure, Wintrust, McDonalds, and YMCA, and with leaders in the coaching, consulting, non-for-profit, manufacturing, and wellness industries. Nancy Turngren is a professional coach passionate about her mission of helping individuals and organizations flourish through the power of awareness and conscious choice. She believes our work and personal lives have become so driven by outside forces that it requires us to consciously pause and be mindful of our priorities. As a coach, she finds it rewarding to provide the space for individuals and organizations to work through this process and witness the growth that is achieved.

Nancy believes in life-long learning and has a Masters in Organizational Management and Development with a Graduate Certificate in Evidence Based Coaching. She is certified by the International Coach Federation and is a Board Certified Coach. She works with leaders through a humanistic approach by helping them uncover their true needs and discover ways to utilize their strengths to grow. She understands the complexity of business relationships and how this can impact the performance of an executive.
