
In our 2017 Fall Catalog, University of Wisconsin-Madison Continuing Studies offered a Lifelong Learning Giveaway: a chance to win $200 off a class for five randomly selected people. The 2017 Fall Catalog provides a pathway to professional development and personal enrichment for the whole community, with courses starting at $45. It offers more than 200 face-to-face courses, online courses, conferences, workshops, lectures, and educational travel experiences—a wide range of accessible opportunities for learning a skill or exploring a topic.
Among the personal enrichment courses are offerings in art, creative writing, dance and movement, music, languages, and history and humanities. For professional development, there are courses in aging and long-term care, distance education, human services, life coaching, mediation and conflict resolution, ethics and boundaries, mental health, and leadership, management, and workplace skills.
