Writer Theodore Wesenberg accepted into Northwestern University's MFA program
Theodore Wesenberg, of Oshkosh, Wis., starts work on his MFA at the prestigious Northwestern University (Chicago) this summer. He credits the “Write-by-the-Lake Writer’s Workshop & Retreat” and the online courses “My Manuscript Coach,” “The Dialogue Shop,” and “Take Your Characters to Dinner” for helping him prepare his MFA submission. Theodore says, "I trust the instructors at DCS [Division of Continuing Studies] to take my writing as seriously as I do. My instructors, such as Angela Rydell, Laurie Scheer, and Kathy Steffen not only critiqued my submission, but provided the tools and techniques I needed to fix it." Congratulations, Theodore!
