Darcy Luoma (MS in organization development, Graziadio School of Business & Management, Pepperdine; CPCC, PCC, ORSCC)
Lead Instructor
Darcy is an organization development specialist and leadership coach and the owner of Darcy Luoma Coaching & Consulting, LLC. She has worked in the coaching and consulting field for more than 15 years. Ms. Luoma is a dynamic facilitator and engaging public speaker whose optimistic attitude and intuitive style have helped hundreds of clients achieve remarkable results, including greater work/life balance, a clearer vision, and enhanced leadership skills. A credentialed Organization and Relationship Systems Certified Coach, Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, board member of the International Coach Federation, and member of the Institute of Coaching Professional Association, Ms Luoma was recently voted Madison, WI’s Favorite Life Coach by the readers of the Isthmus newspaper.»



Deirdre Danahar (MSW, MPH, LICSW, ACC)
Deirdre Danahar is a coach, consultant, speaker, and writer who helps people with complex, busy lives master the art of doing their best work without the guilt, strain, and emptiness of compromising for their careers. Her clients include successful creative professionals, like restaurateurs, lawyers, health care providers, graphic designers, small business owners, executives, and motivated people who want to move from the corporate world to the entrepreneurial world. A licensed clinical social worker since 1996, Deirdre began coaching in 2002, and is an accredited coach though the International Coach Federation. Clients describe her as charmingly forceful and she is known for her insight, creativity, humor, and common sense. Deirdre is a transplanted New Englander who now makes Jackson, MS her home base, where she lives with her college professor husband and an alarmingly large cat.»

Cornelia Shipley is a nationally recognized executive coach, life mentor, speaker, and strategic planner with over 20 years' experience training individual and executive clients to achieve their personal and professional goals. Utilizing her extensive background in strategic planning, sales training, and corporate HR, Cornelia founded 3C Consulting, a leadership development firm where she and her team reach thousands of professionals annually by guiding clients through the formulation, implementation, and sustainability of leadership development, strategic planning, and work place change initiatives. Cornelia was awarded the Professional Certified Coach Credential (PCC) by the International Coach Federation in 2009, holds the Board Certified Coach (BCC) credential, and is a Master Practitioner of Energy Leadership. Shawn Preuss (BS)

Shawn Preuss, BS in Business Management, Trained CTI Coach, and Certified Myer Briggs Facilitator is a leadership and team development coach and the owner of Transitions Coaching & Consulting, Inc. Shawn has been coaching and consulting with individuals, teams, groups, and organizations for 15 years and has been in the coaching industry (sport/business/life) for more than 35 years. Her love for coaching and program development helped to support bringing the PLCC into existence. With an inside-out perspective, she helps people see possibility and tap into their potential. It has been her love of self-discovery and desire for getting to the best part of us that drives her to coach people. She focuses on that moment when someone discovers that they can go beyond a stated or perceived limit and use that discovery to create a new existence or level of being. With a sense of humor in life situations, trust in the ability of the human spirit, and many mentors along the way, she has created a fulfilling life which has served her well, and strives to help others on their journey in discovering what they want in life and business.»

Aphra Mednick (MSW, LCSW)
Program Director
Aphra is a clinical social worker and educator who has worked in community mental health, patient advocacy, and professional development. Her work at the University of Wisconsin has emphasized clinical and lifelong learning. In her current position for the Division of Continuing Studies, Aphra teaches online courses and manages numerous professional training and certificate programs.»
