The Case Management Certificate program is a continuing education training series for professionals in the field of aging and long-term care. This certificate program is being updated and revised to address the most current care management issues. Please join our mailing list to be notified when we are once again accepting registrations.

All seminars are open enrollment and are held at the Pyle Center on campus at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. This program is developed and coordinated by Suzanna Waters Castillo, PhD, Faculty Associate for the Department of Professional Development and Applied Studies (PDAS).
