Logistics and general information
Workshops
Workshops meet for 1, 2, 3, or 5 days from Saturday, Jul 20 to Wednesday, Jul 24. All workshops have enrollment limits; enrollment is first-come, first-served. Early registration is strongly encouraged.
Some workshops have required supplies and/or a materials fee payable on site to the instructor.
Please be sure to click on the “Supply list & welcome letter” link for each workshop you plan to attend. These documents contain important information regarding these necessary supplies and equipment, as well as any pre-class deadlines.
School of the Arts workshops are open to all adults who want to develop their skills in or explore the arts. High school juniors and seniors also may attend.

Fees and tuition
Instructional fees are based on the total hours of weekly instruction. Specific information on fees and tuition are available in individual workshop descriptions.
Some workshops may require participants to bring purchased supplies or pay additional materials fees which are not included in the instructional fees. Fees for materials supplied by the instructor are payable on site included in workshop descriptions.
Cancellation/refund policy
If you are unable to attend, you may obtain a refund minus a $20 administrative fee by contacting the registration department at least 3 business days prior to the program. If you cancel 3 business days or fewer before the program, or do not attend, you are responsible for the entire fee. To cancel, please call 608-262-2451.
Location
James Williams Middle School, 915 Acacia Lane (map). Additional workshops are held at Rhinelander High School, 665 Coolidge Avenue (map). There will be a computer lab with email and internet access. Wifi is limited. The School of the Arts Canteen offers homemade apple fritters every morning and a variety of a la carte soups, salads, and sandwiches for lunch.
Check-in
Check-in and onsite registration will take place on Saturday, Jul 20 beginning at 7am at James Williams Middle School, 915 Acacia Lane, Rhinelander, WI.
Lodging
Contact the Rhinelander Area Chamber of Commerce for information on the many area resorts and campgrounds. Mention School of the Arts at Claridge Motor Inn (715-362-7100); a corporate rate may be available.
50th-anniversary t-shirt

Continuing Education Units
CEUs are offered to students by request. Complete an application on site.
