Portfolio review—what's next?
Are you an artist or emerging artist who would like an assessment on your current portfolio by an experienced professional artist/educator? Perhaps you are applying for school or exhibition opportunities and you want to make the best first impression possible. Or, do you just want someone with experience to take a good look at your work and make suggestions about how you might further develop it. Helen Klebesadel offers a review of the digital version of you art portfolio.
How it works
Once you have registered, Helen will contact you by email and discuss what method of submission of your portfolio and how you should put it together.
Submit a portfolio of digital photographs, including close ups, of up to six artworks (you may submit up to a total of 15 digital images (including close ups) of the six art works). You will be asked to include in your submission a description of the type of feedback that would be most useful to you, You may also include an artist statement for feedback as well. Helen Klebesadel will offer feedback on your next steps in developing as an artist. Once the Helen has sent you her assessment of your portfolio you will be welcome to ask for any needed clarification.

Helen Klebesadel is an experienced artist, teacher, and mentor. She was formerly an associate professor of art and gender studies at Lawrence University. Her artworks have been exhibited nationally and internationally.
Helen has been invited to offer workshops from Texas to Alaska and regularly teaches in Wisconsin.She offers watercolor, drawing, creativity, and career development in face-to-face workshops and through distance learning. Helen’s created these unique online courses so you can develop your artistic skills and creative voice in the comfort of your home. Cost
$50, program # 9045. Work at your own pace and take up to a year to finish. You will earn 0.2 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) when you complete this online art course.
