Professor Nelson coordinates non-credit art classes in the Madison area for adults and teens on weekends and evenings. She is the Director of the Wisconsin Regional Art Program which provides exhibits and workshops for nonprofessional artists throughout Wisconsin.

She teaches professional practices for the art department of the University of Wisconsin - Madison. Information for Artists can be found at www.artisthelp.wisc.edu.
