This is the morning sunrise in the high mountains in Taiwan. My family got up at 4:00 AM and drove half an hour to this spot, waited patiently for this magic moment. It was spectacular to see the sunlight hitting the mountain top. This was the second last trip we had with my Mother, who since passed away. The painting is in memory of my Mother.
