Special Projects Coordinator

Principal duties:
Project planning, initiation, development, management, and completion (75%):
--Manage and complete special projects identified by the Vice Provost of Lifelong Learning and the Summer Term Director. Activities will include:
--Organize, schedule, and staff cross-campus work groups
--Work with partners across campus to improve and streamline processes for Summer Term and online course development
--Manage the University Summer Forum programs including the call for proposals, program logistics and assessment.
--Collaborate with schools and colleges and educational technology staff to support common process and quality metrics for online summer courses. 
--Manage Summer Term communication and marketing plans
Research support (15%)
--Benchmarking best practices for supporting non-traditional programs and learners
--Benchmarking best practices for supporting and marketing Summer Term
--Manage the development of new data reports and visualizations to support data-driven decisions at the school/college/department level for both summer Term and online programs
Other (10%):
--Manage and complete Educational Innovation Program Development projects and Division of Continuing Studies initiatives as needed.
