The conference committee is pleased to offer access to childcare during the conference. Two UWRF student organizations—Sigma Psi Tau, the graduate student organization in school psychology, as well as Early Years Enthusiasts, an undergraduate group interested in early childhood development—will be available to care for children who are fully potty trained (no other age limit applies). All caregivers have passed a full background check.
Expense for the service will be $20 for the first child and $5 for subsequent children per family each day; services are available both Friday and Saturday (from 7:45am to 5:15pm). Children would be provided snacks, but parents must provide a boxed or sack lunch and/or lunchtime care (lunches may be ordered from campus food service or elsewhere in River Falls).
If you are interested in using this service, or have questions, please write to Sarah Moorhouse at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are requesting to set up childcare, include the following information: the age(s) and number of children needing care; the name(s) of the child(ren); any dietary restrictions the care providers should be aware of; and times/days during which care is needed.
