Scholarships and work exchange

This year’s conference fees are intentionally affordable to encourage as much participation as possible. This conference is self-funded, but if cost is factor or a serious impediment to your presence, remember that you are more important that any money.

There are a limited number of scholarships in the form of a partial waiver of the conference registration fees. Work exchange is available for individuals willing to volunteer their time in exchange for a reduced conference registration. If you do not receive a written confirmation of your registration, please call 608-262-1397.

Cancellation/refund policy

If you cancel your registration up to 72 hours before the conference, you will be refunded everything but the $50 administration fee; no refunds are made after that time.

Exhibit space and book signing

Book-stalls, exhibits, and other information of interest to conference participants will be on display throughout the conference. If you would like to book exhibit space or arrange a book signing in conjunction with this conference, please request an exhibitor’s registration form from Helen Klebesadel at hrklebesadel@wisc.edu.
