Personality Preferences: Understanding Yourself and Others Through MBTI (R)

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)® has been used by organizations and individuals around the world for more than 70 years as a way to help people better understand themselves and others. This program includes a pre-class MBTI® online assessment. You receive an individualized report, along with the background explanation of the MBTI® tool, what your individualized report means for you, and how personality preferences and differences affect groups and organizations. You also have opportunities for individual reflection and class activities. You must complete the online MBTI® assessment in advance of the class. Open enrollment and also a CPM Organizational Management Class.
