Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace

Living and working in increasingly diverse and multicultural communities presents unique challenges and opportunities for individuals and organizations. This course will guide participants through a process of exploring their personal identities and experiences and how they show up in the workplace. Participants will then learn how to identify patterns of bias and inequity and develop tools for creating more inclusive and equitable working environments.
