Contemplative Walks With Nature

Nature has an incredible capacity to soothe and rejuvenate the body, mind, and soul. Explore a variety of embodied and mindful practices designed to connect us deeply to nature, including observation exercises from ecology, holistic science, and spiritual traditions. Enjoy a half-hour gentle walking adventure each week where we'll record our revelations and reflections – rain or shine. May visit alternate sites. Transportation on your own. Small journal recommended.
