Ever feel misunderstood when you think you’re being very clear? Or wonder how tensions or conflicts that can inhibit our effectiveness stem from misinterpretations? These uncomfortable situations may boil down to the differences in the way we think, learn, and communicate with each other—the differences in our Perceptual Thinking Patterns™.

In this workshop, we’ll explore a practical and dynamic model for understanding these differences, build “flexibility of mind” to help us better understand ourselves, and develop immediately applicable strategies for working and living more effectively with colleagues, our families, and in our communities.

Participants will:

  • Learn the Perceptual Thinking Patterns™ Model
  • Discover your thinking pattern in order to increase self-awareness and effectiveness
  • Explore others’ thinking patterns to increase effective communication and support healthy relationships at home and work
