Career Change 101 - This workshop is an excellent first step if you are planning to change careers. Held 5-6 times per year at various public libraries in south central Wisconsin.

Nuts and Bolts of Returning to School - A workshop designed for adults thinking about continuing their education. Held 2 times per year at various public libraries in the Madison area.  

Education advising for adults at the library 

If you’re an adult in Madison or the surrounding area and you have questions about achieving your educational goals, meet an Adult Career and Special Student Services advisor at the library. Get information about planning your education, admission to educational institutions, financial assistance, child care, and other adult student concerns.

Employers: We can help arrange onsite educational information services for your employees, advising about credit and noncredit opportunities for career development or personal enrichment at UW-Madison.
