Guest auditor application and enrollment process for Kinesiology 125 - Adapted Fitness

Outlined below are the steps for applying and enrolling as a Guest auditor for Kinesiology 125 after you have met with Tim Gattenby, Adapted Physical Education Coordinator. 

Before applying you must meet with Tim Gattenby, the Adapted Physical Education Coordinator for the Department of Kinesiology.  He can be reached at 608-262-9562608-262-9562 or gattenby@education.wisc.edu Once you have met with him, complete the steps below.

How to apply and enroll:

Guest auditors (under age 60)

Apply to UW-Madison as a Guest auditor using the University Special student online application or download, complete, and return the University Special and Guest Student application to Adult Career and Special Student Services (ACSSS).  

If you are receiving SSI or SSDI, please send a copy of your benefits letter to our office. You can obtain a Social Security release of information form here. You can locate your nearest Social Security office here. Please indicate on this form that you want this information released in order to become a cost-free auditor at UW-Madison.

Once you receive your letter of admission from ACSSS, contact Tim Gattenby and provide him with your campus ID number (found on your letter of admission).

We will enroll you in Kinesiology 125 and waive fees if possible.

Senior guest auditors (age 60+)

Apply to UW-Madison as a Senior Guest auditor by completing all sections of the University Special student online application or print, complete, and return the Senior Guest auditor application to Adult Career and Special Student Services (ACSSS).

Once you receive your letter of admission from ACSSS, contact Tim Gattenby and provide him with your campus ID number (found on your letter of admission) we will enroll you in Kinesiology 125.
